Why is pie the Best food at thanksgiving?

In my opinion, Pie is the ABSOLUTE best dish! 

Not just any pie though, according to " The Daily Meal", They state that Apple Pie is the #1 Best pie in America! That seems a little crazy because you would probably think that Pumpkin Pie would be the best, but no, That is in 2nd place. Pie is so amazingly delicious after every bite you feel like your dancing on rainbows! The article also states that " What helps to make thanksgiving so great, is the wide arrangement of pies." I think that is so true! You can't ever go wrong with 50 pies, am I right or am I right!
That is why I think Pie is the best dish food at thanksgiving!
